We’ve been using our old pricing plans since our service took off in June 2023:
- Basic: $9 per month for 150 images
- Pro: $29 per month for 1,500 images
- Business: $59 per month for unlimited images
Concerns About the Old Plans
When we created these plans, we didn’t have much data to go on. We weren’t sure how our customers would use the service or if the allowances would meet their needs. Our main goal was to break even if someone used all their images.
Over the past year, we’ve talked to many of you and analyzed how NewArc.ai is being used. Here’s what we found:
- Image limits were too restrictive:
- With 150 images on the Basic plan, it was hard to get much done, even for occasional users. And for professionals, 1,500 images in the Pro plan weren’t enough for multiple projects.
- This led to users holding back, trying to stretch their credits. Because AI generation can be unpredictable, it often takes 50–100 attempts to get the perfect image. Limiting yourself to one image at a time only led to frustration.
- If you generated something less than ideal, it felt like wasting credits. Editing tools, which use even more credits, made this feeling worse.
- Large companies need more support: The $59 plan didn’t give us the resources to provide the level of support larger companies needed.
Addressing Issues With the New Plans
To address these issues, we’ve made some big changes to our pricing plans that are available as of now:
- Basic plan gets more images: For occasional users, we’ve increased the limit by four times to 600 images per month. This should be enough for one or two projects a month.
- Unlimited plan for professionals: We’ve removed image generation limits for professional users. Now, for $39 per month (down from $59), you can generate thousands of images without worrying about credit limits.
- New business plan: For $99 per month, we’ve introduced a Business plan that includes unlimited images, personalized onboarding, and other features tailored for larger companies.
Our New Plans
- Basic: $19 per month – 600 images per month
- Pro: $39 per month – Unlimited images
- Business: $99 per month – Unlimited images + business features
Benefits of the New Plans
- Occasional users can generate images without the frustration of tight limits.
- Professionals can now take full advantage of unlimited image generation, creating as many images as needed to get the perfect result.
- Companies get the dedicated support and features they deserve with our new Business plan.
Lastly, if you’re currently subscribed to one of our old plans, you can keep it until you decide to cancel.
